5.2-magnitude earthquake hits Taiwan

AN earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted Taiwan at 9:34am Beijing Time today, according to the China Earthquake Network Center. The epicenter, with a depth of 10km, was monitored at 24.1 degrees north latitude and 121.7 degrees east longitude, the center said in a statement.
