Russia to build nuclear plant in India

Russian President, Dmitry Medvedev, has met Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, in Moscow, to discuss nuclear cooperation.

Singh said a Russian-built nuclear plant will soon be built. The plants first two reactors will soon be activated.

Russia plans to provide India with a multi-billion dollar loan for the project, though no agreement was signed on Friday.
