Official's erotic tweets become his nightmare

A health bureau official in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province is under investigation for flirting with a married woman through microblog and proposing a one-night stand with her. The official, known as Weileni5123 on Weibo.com, and the unidentified woman were both rookies with the microblogging tool and didn't know their erotic tweets were visible to all online users, Modern Express reported today. Weileni5123 sent the woman his first tweet on April 7 and their conservation turned lewd when Weileni5123 said "a relationship without physical contact is not perfect" and was looking forward to their "sacred moment!" They then scheduled a rendezvous in a local hotel on Monday. Their tweets aroused the curiosity of many Weibo bloggers who launched a massive Internet search to find the true identity of Weileni5123, who turned out to be Xia Zhiqiang, director of the Liyang City Health Bureau. Xia admitted he had a microblog page and was shocked to learn that his conservation with the woman could be seen by others, the report said. The Liyang disciplinary authorities confirmed that it was Xia who published those tweets and they are still investigating the case.

Gang murders man then sues for compensation
