9 kids dead after vehicle plunges into creek

A vehicle taking young kids to propagandize plunged into the rivulet in executive China's Hunan Province Monday morning, leaving 9 young kids dead, 10 harmed and one missing.

The collision happened during 7:30 a.m. in Songjiang Township, Hengnan County, pronounced the county preparation business spokesman.

The harmed have been being treated in hospital.

Chinese couple murdered in Cairo

A young Chinese couple were murdered on Monday night in a rental house in the Nasr City in Cairo, a Chinese embassy official said today. The murder occurred at around 10 pm on Monday, Zhang Zhizhong, director of the consular affairs of the Chinese embassy to Egypt, told Xinhua. The couple, from eastern China's Zhejiang Province, had been dealing with marble business in Egypt for several years. The husband, surnamed Chen, was 30 and his pregnant wife surnamed Zhu, was in her 20s. Local police said they were investigating the case.
