Cabinet appoints senior HKSAR government official

BEIJING - China's State Council, or cabinet, on Monday announced a decision to appoint Chan Kwok-ki as the director of the Immigration Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).Related readings:
